Hands Showing Support

For Patients

Whether you're a new patient, returning patient, or helping someone you care for, this page is your guide to getting care at STRIDE. Here you'll find information on insurance, payment options, sliding-fee support, after-hours care, and important forms and links, all in one place.

Everything You Need to Get Started with Care at STRIDE

STRIDE provides high-quality healthcare to individuals and families across the Denver Metro area. We welcome patients with insurance, and we also offer a sliding-fee scale for those who may need financial support.

Insurance & Payment

STRIDE accepts many types of insurance, including:

  • Colorado Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)

  • Medicaid (Colorado Access, Colorado Community Health Alliance, Denver Health Medicaid)

  • Medicare (Part A-Access Advantage)

  • Most commercial insurance plans

STRIDE does not accept: Out-of-state Medicaid, Kaiser Permanente, or Rocky Mountain Health Plan. All copays must be collected before your visit begins.

If you don't see your insurance listed, call 303-778-7433, and we'll help you confirm coverage.

No Insurance? You Can Still Receive Care.

STRIDE is not a free clinic, but we offer a sliding-fee scale based on family size and income. This helps reduce the cost of your visit and makes care more affordable.

Whether you need help lowering your costs or exploring insurance options, you can begin by completing a financial assessment or applying for Medicaid.
