At STRIDE, we believe that every patient deserves access to high-quality healthcare services, especially our patients who are 55+.

 

Our Age-friendly Care initiative is a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional and competent care to every patient that we serve. From preventative care to complex treatment plans, our team of healthcare providers works diligently to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

 

Our aim is to help our patients live their lives with

dignity and independence, regardless of their medical condition or age.

Senior Dental Program

“There is an increasing number of senior patients within our community who are no longer on employer provided dental insurance and do not yet qualify for federal insurance options. Thus, there is a need to provide them with quality dental care at an AFFORDABLE price. Many senior patient’s avoid going to the dentist because of the concern regarding cost.”- Dr. Rockwood, DDS

Question: What is the Senior Dental Program?
Answer: A program and source of funding for patients who are:

​

  • 60 years of age or older

  • Patients whose income is at or below 250% of the most recently published federal poverty level for a household of that size.

  • Not eligible for dental services under Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program )or the Old Age Pension Health and Medical Care Program, and who do not have private dental insurance.
