Mobile Health

In partnership with the Colorado School of Medicine and HCPF, STRIDE meets patients where they are with a particular focus on providing alternative health care to refugee communities, unhoused populations, and pediatric patients.

STREET MEDICINE

We believe in meeting our patients where they are, whether that's close to home or on the streets. We provide critical services to those in need, including basic healthcare, hygiene supplies, mental health resources, and more.

VACCINATION

We are dedicated to ensuring that all community members have access to the latest and most effective vaccines. We work closely with local and state health departments to stay on top of the latest recommendations and provide the highest level of care when funding allows.
