STRIDE is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing high quality healthcare to all members of our Denver-Metro community.  Although we are not a free clinic, we work tirelessly to ensure that all our patients receive the care they need, regardless of ability to pay. STRIDE uses a sliding fee scale based on family size and income only.

Call the number listed at the bottom of the page to see if we accept your unique private insurance.

Please note, STRIDE does NOT accept the following:

  • Out of State Medicaid

  • Kaiser Permanente

STRIDE is not a free clinic but we do have a STRIDE sliding-fee scale which works with your budget! Complete a financial assessment and establish care with our Outreach and Enrollment department.
