Mission
STRIDE Community Health Center is a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a 34-year history of providing team-based health care to the Denver-Metro area.
From a single clinic in 1989, STRIDE has grown into a large, integrated health care delivery system with 12 brick-and mortar clinics, including four school-based health centers and a versatile street medicine team.
STRIDE Innovation
STRIDE initiatives are not just policies on paper; they are driven by passionate and experienced leaders who have dedicated their careers to making a difference in the lives of our patients. We understand the pulse of our community, and they work tirelessly to develop and implement programs that address the actual healthcare challenges our community faces.
STRIDE Community
Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) have been the cornerstone of healthcare access for underserved communities for decades. At STRIDE, we don't just provide healthcare; we foster a culture of compassion, inclusivity, and empowerment, making us a trusted partner in the well-being and vitality of our community.
