STRIDE received State COVID funding in May 2023 to serve individuals who were unable to access the clinic's services. STRIDE utilized these funds by purchasing a mobile health unit and supplies for the mobile health unit. This hearing will serve as a forum for the public to make comments on the utilization of these funds.

PUBLIC NOTICE AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR POST-AWARD HEARING
STRIDE Community Health Center will conduct a public hearing at the STRIDE – Del Mar Clinic in the Reed and Nicole Room on Monday, December 30th at 1:00pm. The purpose of the hearing is to allow citizens to review and comment on the performance of STRIDE Community Health Center in carrying out their COVID grant for Mobile Health Street Medicine, which was financed with federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided by the State of Colorado.
Written comments are also welcome and must be received by 11:59pm on Monday, December 30th, at 7495 W 29th Ave. Wheatridge, CO 80033; Attention: Allison Draayer.

A public hearing to receive citizen views concerning the community’s economic and community development needs will be held at the STRIDE- Del Mar clinic on Monday, December 30th at 1:00pm. For information concerning the public hearing contact Allison Draayer at allison.draayer@stridechc.org.
The public hearing is being conducted in a handicapped accessible location. Any handicapped person requiring an interpreter for the hearing impaired or the visually impaired should contact Allison Draayer at allison.draayer@stridechc.org, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and an interpreter will be provided.
