Starting your career as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a big step. At STRIDE, you won't take it alone.

Our APP Residency Program gives newly graduated NPs and PAs the structure, mentorship, and hands-on experience to grow into confident, capable providers, while doing work that truly matters. You'll train alongside an experienced, interdisciplinary team, care for patients across the full spectrum of community health, and build the skills to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

What the APP Residency Program Offers

Residents complete more than 1,800 hours of supervised clinical practice, gaining meaningful experience across multiple areas of care.

  • 1500+ hours in Family Medicine

  • 160+ hours in Pediatrics

  • 80+ hours in Women's Health

  • 80+ hours in Mental Health

These rotations expose residents to a wide range of patient needs, care settings, and clinical complexities, ensuring you develop strong clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice skills, and confidence in patient management.
