Application — APP Residency Program
STRIDE's 13-month Advanced Practice Provider Residency offers new PA and FNP graduates a supported transition into primary care. Residents are fully benefited STRIDE employees with competitive pay, comprehensive insurance coverage, protected PTO, and a schedule without nights, weekends, or call.
Must be, or will be, a graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and be pursuing CO licensure by Spring 2027. Nurse Practitioner candidates must be certified by the ANCC or AANP Certification Board no later than February 1, 2027. Physician Assistant candidates must complete the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination no later than February 1, 2027. Due to the credentialing timeline, certification exam results must be provided 60 days before the start date. All residency position offers are contingent upon the successful completion of the board certification exam.

Residents are STRIDE employees with a salary of $80,000/year

Please note: this residency does not guarantee employment beyond the residency period, nor are graduates required to commit to positions at the STRIDE Community Health Center after program completion, if offered.
